Galina Zhukova, DDS
Dr. Zhukova graduated from New York University with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1994. Following her graduation, she completed a residency at Beth Israel Hospital. As the current Implant Director at NYU, Dr. Zhukova has extensive knowledge, training, and experience in the placement and restoration of dental implants. In 2012, she was recognized as one of the top dentists and top implantologists in the area by New Jersey Monthly magazine. Dr. Zhukova has served families and individuals in Paramus and the surrounding areas since 1994.
Alexander Gerskowitz, DDS
Dr. Gerskowitz was born in Ukraine. He started his dental/medical education in Russia at Chuvash State University Medical School. After moving to the United States he attended and graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Biology. He then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2002. Following graduation, he completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey and a two year Implantology: Surgical and Prosthetic Residency at New York University. Dr. Gerskowitz is also a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
Away from the office, Dr. Gerskowitz enjoys martial arts, reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife Diana and two children Benjamin and David.
Sarah Mourad, DMD
Dr. Sarah Mourad grew up in Bergen County and is happy to be providing her community with exceptional dental care. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in Genetics and Psychology from Rutgers University. She then returned to Rutgers for her Doctorate in Dental Medicine, where she made Dean’s list and was inducted into Gamma Pi Delta, an honorary student dental organization with scholarship and interest in the field of prosthetic dentistry. Dr. Mourad completed her general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the NJ Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is passionate about her patients and actively pursues continuing education to learn about advanced techniques and technologies in the field of dentistry.
Julia Ringler, DMD
Dr. Julia Ringler is a board certified pediatric dentist. She received her degree in Pediatric Dentistry at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (UMDNJ at the time), along with a Masters of Dental Science degree. She has a DMD degree from Boston University. Her earlier education took place in Jerusalem, Israel, at the Hebrew University and Hadassah School of the Dental Medicine, where she earned a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMSc) and a Dental Medical Doctor (DMD).
Today Dr. Ringler is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She holds professional memberships in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, NJ Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the College of Diplomates of American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Ringler enjoys working with children. Her warm and personable communication style helps to create a pleasant environment that children can look forward to while visiting. When not at work, Dr. Ringler enjoys the time with her husband and their two children. She also loves the outdoors, traveling and exploring other cultures.
